September 2019 - March 2022
As lead designer on the Core Buying Experience team, I'm leading a redesign of HubSpot's pricing & packaging while connecting with teams across the business to enable new product rollouts and strategic growth efforts. Applying a fast-paced experimentation practice, I've shipped high-impact designs supporting and sustaining HubSpot's rapid growth, while providing mentorship to UX apprentices and defining a long-term vision for the buying platform.

May 2018 - August 2019
I worked to bridge consumer insights, research, and product design at Care.com while improving design processes and workstreams. I led a redesign of Care.com's pricing page, which increased conversion by 2% and beat out the recommendation of a 3rd-party consultant in A/B testing.
UX Designer, Trust & Conversion

June 2015 - May 2018
I wore many hats at Wayfair, from a UX writer, to researcher, and finally as a designer working to create personalized shopping experiences and cross-platform user engagement powered by AR/VR. I designed a new pricing page allowing users to customize 3D-modeled furniture, as well as UX for Patio Playground, Wayfair's Oculus Rift game.
